PipeDesk sends SMS messages to your customers on your behalf using Twilio. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, invoices, follow-up messages, and Google review requests. By using PipeDesk, you confirm that you have obtained appropriate consent from your customers to receive these messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Customers can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, customers can reply HELP.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Twilio — for SMS delivery
• Railway — for hosting and infrastructure
• Law enforcement when required by law
